On February 6, a group of team members and individuals from CVRC headed to the Duchy College in Callington for the Area 19 Showjumping qualifiers for the winter series.
Jumping individually were Heidi Robinson on Lily in the 70cm and Celena Wolfe on Dude in the 100cm. Then there was a CVRC team in the 80cm made up of Jess Holman on Millie, Sian Harris on Quinn, Amy Honeywill on Harry, and Debbie Bull on Beau.
Heidi and Lily came 6th place in their class, and Celena came 3rd in hers; she will now join an Area 19 team for the showjumping finals.
The 80cm team came 5th, with Jess topping the ribbons with an individual 4th place.
Well done to all the competitors and a big thank you to Tracy Wilson who kindly volunteered her time to do pole picking!
