Training sessions are available to club members only: other events such as fun rides may be open to members of the public, check the individual event for details.
Full payment is required in advance of the training session/event: the deadline is three days before. This allows the club to make timely payments to the venue and the staff, where applicable.
For training sessions: once you have paid/booked, entrants will be organised into groups based on ability. You will be able to request a time/group, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule, please contact . We do not usually issue refunds unless you can find someone to take your place.
Fun Ride Additional T&CS:
Payment will be treated as acknowledgement that all the riders in your group agree to abide by the ride's rules and guidelines and as acknowledgment of the following: Four Burrow Hunt and Camel Valley Riding Club accept no responsibility for loss, damage, accident to vehicles, horses, dogs, riders, helpers, or any other persons or equipment while parked at the start venue or while on the ride.
Cross country jumps must not be jumped as part of the fun ride.
